Community Day 2010
The Friends of the Morgantown History Museum will participate in Elder-Beerman's Community Day Event on Saturday, November 13, 2010. This event helps non-profit organizations to raise funds.
Participating groups sell coupon booklets which can be used at the store on the day of the event. The coupon booklets sell for $5. They include a $10 off coupon, a 30% off early bird coupon, and other coupons. All of the proceeds from the booklet sale go to the non-profit organizations. The coupon booklets are currently for sale at the Morgantown History Museum.

Monthly Historic Photograph Contest
Beginning on November 1, the Morgantown History Museum and WAJR will be running a monthly historic photograph contest. Simply visit WAJR's website, look at a historic photograph, and correctly answer a question about the photograph. The first contestant to provide the correct answer will receive a copy of the photograph.
